86 Project Proposals passed successfully the Administrative Compliance and Eligibility Assessment under the Second Call

The Joint Monitoring Committee of the Interreg-IPA CBC Bulgaria – Turkey Programme approved the results of the first two evaluation phases under the Second call for project proposals including: 1. Preliminary session and verification of submitted proposals and 2. Administrative compliance and eligibility check.

86 out of the total submitted 130 project proposals, passed successfully to the next stage - technical and quality assessment, which will be performed by independent external assessors. Project proposals that have passed the second phase will be ranked in descending order based on the received technical and quality assessment scores.  High priority for funding will be given to the proposals contributing to the achievement of the unreached Programme Output Indicators.

The applicants excluded from further evaluation will be officially informed for the reasons of rejection. Within 7 working days after this notification the Lead Partner may lodge a complaint to the Managing Authority regarding the Joint Monitoring Committee decision.
