Following the approval and launching of the First Call for Proposals [1] under Interreg IPA CBC Bulgaria – Turkey Programme 2014 – 2020, a series of events are planned targeting potential beneficiaries from the cross-border region in order to promote the Call and assist interested applicants in project preparation and submission.

The first event in this context will be the Kick-off Event which will take place on 16 December 2015 in Haskovo, Bulgaria, “Maritza” Meeting Hall inside the Haskovo Regional Administration Building.

During the event presentations will be made on specific application requirements for the Call, guidance on how to fill in the Application Form, preparation of project budgets and filling out the budget form. The event will be opened by Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Ms. Denitsa Nikolova. The presentations during the event will be in Bulgarian language.

Interested organisations are kindly requested to fill out the registration form [2] below and submit it to EKiryakova@mrrb.government.bg [3] and IDelchev@mrrb.government.bg [4] latest by 11 December 2015.

Please kindly note that due to high interest by the interested organisations, only 1 representative per organisation will be registered to the event. Further events are planned in Yambol and Burgas in January 2016.
