The Guidelines for Pre-defined Applicants under the 3rd Call for Proposals under the INTERREG-IPA Cross-border Cooperation Bulgaria-Turkey Programme were amended by a decision of the Joint Monitoring Committee from 26 June 2020 and therefore the Application Form was modified accordingly.

The updated deadline for submission of the Strategic Project Proposal is 6th of July 2020, 17:00 h. local time in Bulgaria. The Strategic Project Proposal must be submitted entirely in electronic form using the Electronic System: https://bp-ipacbc-bgtr.mrrb.bg/beneficiary_reg/registration/add [3]
