The activity of the Ministry of Interior (MI) is aimed at protecting citizens' rights and freedoms, combating crime, protecting national security, protecting the public order and safety of the population and protecting the population. The Communication and Information Systems Directorate (CISD) is a structure in the Ministry of Interior, which ensures the functioning and development of the communication and information systems of the Ministry of Interior and other state bodies. Some of the functions of the Directorate are: 1. Examines, builds, maintains and develops technically and functionally the National Early Warning and Disclosure System (NRSR) of the executive bodies and the constituent parts of the United Nations Disaster Relief and Emergency Rescue System; maintains an up-to-date database of officials included in the disclosure groups; 2. Organizes and participates in the trainings on the use of the communication and information systems in order to inspect the state and readiness of the National Early Warning and Disclosure System; 3. Ensures the functioning and development of the monitoring systems - Aerospace monitoring center (AMC), for providing the received and processed information to the structures of the Ministry of Interior and exchange with other state bodies and institutions; develops the geoportal of the AMC with new functionalities; also implements services according to the European programs regulations. Short description of the project idea: 
Investment measures: 1. Increasing the level of prevention and protection against natural and anthropogenic disasters through Integrated Public alert & warning systems (PAWS); 2. Increasing the disaster resilience by transmitting real-time fire data. Soft measures: 1.Increasing the capacity for prevention and managing the risk of disasters; 2.Prevention and mitigation of the effects of fires and other natural and anthropogenic disasters in the cross-border area.
