New PRAG version, 15 December 2021

Dear beneficiaries,

We inform you that as of 15.12.2021 the new version of the Practical Guide to contract procedures for EU external actions (PRAG) is valid and applicable to all tender procedures.

We recommend you familiarize yourselves with the current PRAG version, which is available for download HERE and to use the new templates for tender documents when announcing tender procedures after 15.12.2021

Project Implementation Training for the Bulgarian Beneficiaries under the Second Call

Training seminar for the Bulgarian partners from 15 projects approved for funding by the Joint Monitoring Committee under the Interreg-IPA CBC Programme Bulgaria - Turkey 2014 - 2020 on 12 November 2019, was held in Haskovo, Bulgaria, on 11 December 2019.

A training seminar for the management teams of the Turkish partners under the Second Call for proposals was held on 13 November 2019 in Edirne, Turkey. The event started with the opening session where the participants were greeted by the Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Turkey, the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the Republic of Bulgaria, the Deputy Governor of Kirklareli District, the Deputy Governor of Edirne and the Mayor of Edirne Municipality. The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs H.E.
