Project Implementation Training for the Bulgarian Beneficiaries under the Second Call

Training seminar for the Bulgarian partners from 15 projects approved for funding by the Joint Monitoring Committee under the Interreg-IPA CBC Programme Bulgaria - Turkey 2014 - 2020 on 12 November 2019, was held in Haskovo, Bulgaria, on 11 December 2019.

Representatives of the Joint Secretariat and the Managing Authority presented to more than 30 participants the following modules: Sub-tendering procedures, Technical implementation and monitoring of the projects, Modification of the Subsidy Contact particularities, Beneficiary’s Portal, Information and publicity requirements, Implementation of investment projects, First level control, Financial Implementation, and Reporting of irregularities. The programme experts provided up-to-date information on common mistakes made and gave advices to help teams successfully complete their projects.
