Practical Training on Beneficiary Portal

A practical training on the Beneficiary portal was conducted on 20^th and 21^st of April 2017 in Haskovo, Bulgaria. The event was organized by the Joint Secretariat with the support of the Managing Authority of the INTERREG - IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Bulgaria – Turkey.

The training took place in a computer hall in the Professional High School of Mechanical Electrotechnics “Stoicho and Kitsa Marchevi” Haskovo, equipped under the Programme within the previous program period 2007-2013.

The management teams of the Bulgarian partners under the First Call for proposals of the Programme were acquainted with the main topics related to insertion of data in the Beneficiary portal:  

• Procurement, tender announcement and contract information;

• List of contractors, individual data;

• Invoices and invoice items;

• Invoice reports and request for payments;

• Project progress reports.

During the practical exercises, after each topic the participants were given the opportunity to ask questions about the work with the Beneficiary portal. The expert from Managing Authority leading the training and the representatives from the JS provided the beneficiaries with relevant responses.

The project partners who took part in the training expressed their satisfaction and willingness to carry out similar practical sessions related to the project management in the future.
