IMPORTANT NOTE: Modification of Guidelines for Applicants under the Second Call for Proposals in connection with reimbursement of staff costs
The Guidelines for Applicants under the Second Call for Proposals under the Interreg – IPA CBC Bulgaria – Turkey Programme were amended by decision of the Joint Monitoring Committee from 19 February 2019.
The necessity for the revision stems from recent modifications in relevant European Union regulations, namely the new art. 68a of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 (introduced with Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 July 2018) and the prepared amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 481/2014, which stipulates that expenditures for part-time project staff can no longer be reimbursed as a flat rate, but should rather be based on real costs.
