Founded 2005. The means to achieve the purposes are, as follows: Research of the status and needs of the young people in the Municipality of Tsarevo and the Region; building partnerships with the local authorities, the Municipality and the District Administration through an active dialogue for the involvement of young people in the local self governance; establishment of youth areas/zones – youth clubs, public and information centres, centres for provision of services in the respective settlements etc., organized by the youths themselves in accordance with their needs; social inclusion of young people, including youths with special needs and youths in disadvantaged position through concrete initiatives and activities for acquiring of personal, social and professional experience; help, mutual help between youths and people in social isolation; improvement of the physical capabilities; improvement of the health status and physical culture of the young people through popularization of sports and organization of sporting events; raising competitiveness and captivity of young people in connection with job search and employment as well as increasing employment capacities. Additional economic activity: Advertising activities, publishing activities, organization of discussions and tourist tours with the aim of getting acquainted with the flora and fauna in the Strandja Mountain region and their preservation and enriching. Also cultural and heritage tourism.
