To November 17, 2021, the INTERREG IPA CBC Bulgaria - Turkey 2014-2020 Programme is being implemented at a good rate, as for 2021 the absorption of funds fully covers the target set by the European Commission under the “n + 3” rule.

101 subsidy contracts and 6 technical assistance contracts were concluded with a total value of EUR 31 million, representing 104.70% of the total programme's budget including the approved overcontracting.

Eighth meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee

The eighth meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee under the Interreg IPA-CBC Bulgaria - Turkey Programme 2014-2020 will be held online on 16 November 2021.

During the meeting the progress in the implementation of the period 2014-2020 will be presented, as well the preparation of the future program for cross-border cooperation between both countries for the programming period 2021-2027.

The agenda of the meeting also includes a presentation of the proposal for the eligible value of the costs of technical assistance in the program.

The Management Information System (MIS) and Beneficiaries' Portal (BP) will be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance and implementation of software upgrades and updates. We expect the system to be back online with estimated time 6-th of Ocotber 2021.
